Returns must be requested within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition, and include all packaging. Return requests must be submitted to info@mokspace.co.uk with proof of purchase. The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds are issued at the company’s discretion upon inspection of returned goods. If approved, reimbursement will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of company error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for faulty items. Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service, as the company is not liable for lost returns.
